~Kitchen Scale~

Many items in my home have taken time and patience to find.  For several years I had wanted to put an old  scale behind the sink in my kitchen.

I knew it was the perfect spot for one and was always searching.  I saw a couple that might work, but they were either not the right size or price until one day last Fall when I was talking with Michelle from My Shabby Passion in her space up at Camas Antiques and I saw from the corner of my eye the perfect scale and at the right price, too.  Enjoy! xoxo K.

While at my local nursery earlier this week, I came upon a table of herbs and thought this rosemary plant would look great sitting on my scale.  I'm hoping to get a couple more different ones to have handy for cooking this Summer.

Limes caught my attention at the grocery store as well.

The look and shape of this vintage scale seem to fit my kitchen perfectly.

Some things are worth the wait.....don't you think?

And I too have put mine on my worktop behind my belfast sink, just like you. I use it all the time and when not in use put flowers or little treasures in.
